Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping bag or box.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
